Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal & COAA Scientific AI Lead to drive patient-centered AI-enabled COA workflows across the UK and EU. The role demands strategic product leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expert scientific judgement to shape COA capabilities and evidence-backed outputs.

You will partner with COA scientists, HEOR experts and clients, translating clinical concepts into actionable product requirements while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex workflows into product requirements, user journeys and delivery plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear narratives and client-facing explanations.
• Experience working with senior leaders, scientific experts, commercial teams and technical contributors.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and lifecycle management for AI-enabled COA selection and COA Accelerator capabilities.
• Translate strategic concepts into practical product capabilities, user journeys, workflows, release milestones, and measurable success criteria.
• Define the product’s target users, use cases, workflows, outputs, quality standards, adoption needs and commercial value proposition.
• Prioritise product capabilities across AI strategy generation, evidence retrieval, source citation, COA recommendation and report generation.
