Cirql One is building an enterprise semantic intelligence layer that gives AI models a business-accurate understanding of data. We seek a talented, driven product engineer to own the full arc of a feature—from data model to user interface—on a collaborative, startup-spirited team in Barcelona.

You will work with founders and design to shape the platform’s surface, build the semantic core, and push principled technical decisions while leveraging AI capabilities to move fast without sacrificing

Formación

• Experience building and shipping user-facing products across frontend interfaces, APIs, and backend systems.
• Strong UX sense, speed and polish; you think about what to build, not just how.
• Proficient with Claude Code and agentic workflows as a core part of daily work.
• Ability to break down complex problems and make well-reasoned decisions under uncertainty.
• Clear communication skills; can explain technical decisions to non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborative mindset; willing to share knowledge and build with others.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end from idea to shipped product; stay involved through to the frontend.
• Shape the product surface by collaborating with founders and design on platform interfaces.
• Contribute to semantic platform; data extraction, storage, versioning, governance.
• Make principled technical decisions balancing long-term coherence and fast iteration.
• Incorporate AI capabilities into the product and leverage AI tools across workflows.
