Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for a large-scale consumer platform. You will own conversations, character creation, monetisation flows and growth features in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

You will collaborate with Design Lead, PMs and founders, translating business goals into compelling interfaces and scalable, mobile-first experiences. Remote across Europe with contractor/B2B options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end consumer product design.
• Experience designing mobile-first digital products at scale.
• Strong visual and interaction design with strategic thinking.
• Outstanding portfolio across real consumer products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Prototyping capabilities using design tools or code.
• Experience with AI tools daily for design/prototyping.
• Ability to explain AI tools and workflows clearly.
• Independent ownership of product design initiatives.

• Excellent asynchronous communication with distributed teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join the fully remote R&D team of a fast-growing international AI technology company. In this hands-on position, you will take ownership of end-to-end product design across a large-scale consumer platform, creating engaging, intuitive and visually polished digital experiences. Your work will cover conversational interfaces, character creation, subscription and monetisation journeys, growth features and emerging AI-powered interactions.

Working closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers and founders, you will combine strategic product thinking with exceptional visual execution to deliver innovative, mobile-first experiences. This opportunity is ideal for a highly autonomous designer who thrives in fast-paced product environments, embraces AI-powered design workflows and enjoys shaping new interaction models from concept through to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetisation journeys and user growth features.

• Design innovative product experiences involving live interactions, interactive features and AI-generated video.

• Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers and founders to define product direction and translate business objectives into compelling user experiences.

• Take ownership of assigned product areas, independently driving design initiatives from initial concept through to final implementation.

• Translate strategic product requirements into high-quality user interfaces, interaction patterns and visual designs.

• Create engaging, intuitive and scalable mobile-first experiences for a large international consumer audience.

• Develop polished UI designs, interactive prototypes, user flows and detailed design specifications.

• Contribute to the complete product design lifecycle, including ideation, exploration, prototyping, iteration and delivery.

• Apply modern design principles to improve usability, engagement, conversion and overall product experience.

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, content generation and creative experimentation.

• Work with cross-functional product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.

• Explore emerging interaction models and contribute to the evolution of AI-powered consumer experiences.

• Maintain high standards of visual consistency, interaction quality and design craftsmanship.

• Adapt quickly to changing product priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end consumer product design.

• Proven experience designing and launching mobile-first digital products at scale.

• Strong strategic product thinking combined with exceptional visual and interaction design skills.

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating polished, modern and high-quality user interfaces across real consumer products.

• Ability to demonstrate excellent visual craftsmanship, attention to detail and design quality through previous work.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Strong prototyping capabilities using design tools and/or code-based approaches.

• Practical experience using AI tools daily for design, prototyping, creative exploration or content generation.

• Ability to clearly explain the AI tools, techniques and workflows used throughout the design process.

• Experience independently managing product design initiatives and taking ownership of complete product areas.

• Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, user experience, interaction design and consumer product behaviour.

• Ability to translate complex product requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Excellent asynchronous communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced international environment.

• Willingness to work initially on a B2B or contractor basis.

• Experience with subscription-based products, monetisation journeys or conversion optimisation is an advantage.

• Knowledge of gamification principles and engagement mechanics is an advantage.

• Experience with motion design, 3D design or illustration is an advantage.

• Front-end development knowledge, including HTML, CSS or JavaScript, is an advantage.
