We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape AI-native workflows and generative creative engines for ad-machina, translating complex backend systems into intuitive product experiences.

You will own the product experience, design for AI/data, and lead end-to-end design with collaboration across PMs and engineers, while mentoring junior designers and enjoying flexible hours

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product design experience in SaaS/B2B ad-tech or data dashboards.
• AI-native mindset with ability to design interfaces that reveal AI-driven insights.
• Prototyping mastery and experience creating high-fidelity UI components.
• Solid understanding of ad channels and backend/frontend data flows.
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams; clear communication in English and Spanish.

Ad-machina is Making Science’s flagship 360° agentic AI platform transforming digital marketing. We remove the traditional hurdles of creative production by leveraging Multimodal Generative AI to automate the creation, activation, measurement, and continuous optimization of hyper-personalized ad creatives (texts, images, and video) at scale across all platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team to help define and shape user experiences that make complex AI workflows, generative creative engines, and real-time analytics intuitive and powerful .

What we’d like you to do

As a Senior Product Designer UX/UI at ad-machina, you will help shape the future of our AI-native platform by translating complex backend machine learning systems, cross-platform campaign parameters, and generative AI features into clear, intuitive product experiences .

• Own the Product Experience: Shape the visual and functional direction of ad-machina's interface by defining high-impact opportunities, clarifying complex generative AI workflows, and turning technical ambiguity into structured product designs.
• Design intuitive products and features that help customers discover value quickly and accomplish complex advertising workflows effectively.
• End-to-End Design Execution: Lead design work from user discovery through delivery, including user research, rapid wireframing, high-fidelity UI layout, interactive prototyping, and hand-off validation with engineering during implementation .
• Design for AI and Data: Craft intuitive interfaces and contribute to cohesive end-to-end platform experiences—including our design system and AI-native products that allow marketers to set customized business rules and seamlessly orchestrate AI-generated multimodal text, image, and video content.
• Collaborate and Mentor: Partner closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and other designers to establish a unified product vision . Share knowledge and mentor junior design professionals to foster a strong culture of feedback and design excellence.

What we’d like you to bring

We are looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of UX/UI, digital advertising (MarTech), and Generative AI, capable of designing complex data-heavy software .

• Experience: 5+ years of digital product design experience (UX/UI), ideally working on complex SaaS platforms, B2B ad-tech, marketing automation tools, or data-intensive analytics dashboards .
• AI-Native Mindset: Fascinated by the capabilities of LLMs and generative design. You understand how to build interfaces that establish trust, guide users through prompt editing or automated rules, and visually display "black-box" performance-based algorithmic recommendations .
• Prototyping & Tools Mastery: Expert-level mastery of prototyping tools. Experience with creating flexible layout patterns, interactive high-fidelity components, and data-visualization structures.
• Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of digital advertising channels (Google Search, PMax, Meta Advantage+ Campaigns, etc.), creative ad formats, and a general grasp of how APIs, product feeds, and backend databases interact with front-end UI .
• Collaborative Drive: A track record of close collaboration with development teams, finding the optimal balance between design aspiration and engineering feasibility.
• Communication: English and Spanish storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
