Formación

Bitpanda operates a user-friendly investment platform that enables more than 7 million customers to invest in cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, commodities, and other financial products across Europe.

Задачи

• Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and RWA products across mobile and web platforms;
• Translate margin trading, commodities trading, and automated recurring investments into accessible, low-friction user journeys;
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to diagnose funnel bottlenecks and validate product hypotheses;
• Improve trading conversion, drop-off rates, customer engagement, adoption, and retention;
• Contribute to scalable design architecture and apply high UX standards across investment areas;
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Data, and Compliance teams to shape the product roadmap and validate customer problems;
• Ensure feasible and compliant feature implementations in a regulated environment.

Требования

• Strong background in Product, UX, or UI Design;
• Mandatory experience designing for complex fintech, brokerage, trading, or wealth management ecosystems;
• Exceptional proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design;
• Ability to simplify data-heavy interfaces and intricate workflows into clear, elegant systems;
• Experience using behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics to drive design decisions;
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-moving, highly regulated environments;
• Ability to negotiate solutions that satisfy strict Risk and Compliance requirements without compromising user experience;
• High customer empathy and strong stakeholder management skills;
