Your mission

As an Engineering Manager for the Fusion Experience, you'll lead the team responsible for creating the exceptional user interface for our advanced trading platform across web, iOS, and Android.

What you’ll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that enhance the discovery experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align team efforts with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the technical delivery of features and improvements, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes.
• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment, to maintain a robust development process.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration to inspire the team to excel.

• A seasoned engineering leader with proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex, customer‑focused projects.
• Proficient in modern front‑end and back‑end technologies, with a solid understanding of mobile and web development, including real‑time communication.
