Mews is transforming hospitality with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences. In this role you will own AI-enabled product initiatives end-to-end, from problem discovery to shipping and measuring impact.

You'll build AI-native features and co-pilot experiences, set architectural direction, and establish reusable patterns while coaching others toward an AI-first approach. This is a deeply technical, high-ownership role.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives: defining the problem, prototyping the solution, shipping to production and iterating based on customer feedback.
• Building AI-native features and co-pilot experiences as core product components, making sound architectural decisions about the underlying models and infrastructure.
• Setting the standard for AI-native development across engineering — using tools like Claude, Cursor and Lovable to ship faster, and building approaches other engineers can follow.
• Establishing reusable patterns and frameworks that accelerate the work of other engineers and coaching people who want to develop in this direction.

The tools our customers need in hospitality don't always exist yet. This role exists to build them, end-to-end, from identifying the right problem through to shipping and staying close enough to see whether it actually helped. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering and product ownership, with real latitude to define scope, run experiments and make calls — not just execute on a brief.

What you'll be doing

AI Fluency Level 4: In this role, that means shipping AI-powered products and systems where AI is a core architectural component — not a layer added on top. You understand the models and infrastructure well enough to make real engineering decisions about them.

What we're looking for

• Seven or more years delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes, including large-scale cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products or systems — with the engineering depth to make architectural decisions about the models involved
• AI Fluency Level 4, or equivalent hands-on experience shipping products where AI is a structural component
• Strong product instincts, direct communication, and a track record of operating without a dedicated PM or Designer

Salary ranges are provided in good faith and reflect current market conditions and internal pay structures. Final compensation may be adjusted based on funding, budget constraints, or exceptional candidate qualifications, but will remain within reasonable proximity to the stated range.
