Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Analyst based in Spain to shape product decisions through rigorous data analysis, experimentation, and research. You will own the product metrics framework and ensure reliable definitions for measuring performance, collaborating with Product leaders to tie analytics to business outcomes.

The role combines advanced analytics, AB testing, and data quality initiatives to guide prioritization and strengthen experimentation practices across the organization.

Formación

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory with practical application.
• Proven experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clearly documented definitions across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards and write specifications for Data Engineering.
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components for teams to influence.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, including sample-size calculations and MSS analysis.
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations for stakeholders.
