Manychat, a leading chat marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive growth and strategic insights across Business Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance. You will own forecasting, analytics initiatives, and executive-level reporting to influence the mid- and long-term roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean pipelines and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting while maintaining rigorous validation.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in business analytics or similar within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with core SaaS metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools; experience with Python, R, and/or Git is a plus.
• Comfortable using statistical concepts such as distributions, variance, and significance.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing and packaging changes, customer segmentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business analytics initiatives that drive Manychat’s growth and strategic roadmap, identifying key growth levers and opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Build growth and revenue forecasting models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis to pressure-test key assumptions and guide leadership decisions.
• Build and improve tools and dashboards to monitor company performance and give teams the visibility to act quickly.
• Own executive-level reporting, turning complex analysis into a clear narrative and actionable takeaways for the Leadership Team.
• Use AI tools and agents to work more efficiently — exploring data, automating reporting, prototyping ideas — while staying critical about the results before relying on them.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure accurate and reliable data pipelines.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with Business Ops, Finance, Billing, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams to unify insights and strengthen strategic decision-making.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization and proactively identify new areas of opportunity.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative, and impact-driven Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving Manychat's growth and strategic direction. Reporting to the Business Analytics Lead and working closely with leadership, you will directly influence the mid- and long-term roadmap by providing actionable insights and leading impactful analytics initiatives.

You will collaborate with key business areas — including Business Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance — to develop a solid understanding of the strategic drivers across domains, integrate insights holistically, and help optimize revenue and identify growth levers. You are highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative, able to manage complex projects independently, solve challenging and ambiguous business problems, and use data to drive real outcomes — measured by the impact you create, not the volume of analysis you produce.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

You'll Need:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in business analytics or similar within a SaaS environment, with hands-on experience working with core SaaS metrics.




• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to convey complex findings clearly and effectively.




• Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools; experience with Python, R, and/or Git is a plus.




• Comfortable using statistical concepts such as distributions, variance, and significance to validate your findings.




• Experience contributing to significant, cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing and packaging changes, customer segmentation, market expansion, or monetization initiatives.




• You’re proactive and act like an owner, comfortable working independently, running projects end to end, making sense of unclear problems, and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.




• Able to step back and see the bigger picture, connecting a specific analysis to the wider business strategy and linking what’s happening across Product, Marketing, and Finance rather than getting stuck in the detail.




• Comfortable moving fast and making calculated bets, acting on the best available data rather than waiting for perfect certainty.




• Ability to partner closely with analytics counterparts across Product, Marketing, and Finance to align on shared metrics and deliver consistent, joined-up insights.
