Natac, a Spanish biotechnology company specialized in natural ingredients, seeks a Senior Procurement Technician to strengthen our purchasing team. You will manage supplier selection, price negotiation, and cost control across domestic and international suppliers, ensuring timely supply of raw and auxiliary materials.

The ideal candidate has engineering training, 5+ years of procurement experience, knowledge of ERP systems, and a results-driven, analytical mindset.

Formación

• Academic degree: Engineering (agricultural preferred) or solid experience in a similar Purchasing role.
• Additional knowledge: Complementary studies in Procurement and Logistics
• IT knowledge: Office, Business Central valued, Power BI valued.
• Experience: More than 5 years in a procurement department, preferably in a manufacturing company. International procurement experience. Experience with raw materials of plant origin. Experience in the agri-food or pharmaceutical sector. Experience with exports and imports.
• Teamwork. Organization and attention to detail. Service mindset and internal customer orientation. Results orientation. Analytical profile.

Responsabilidades

• Market analysis, price development and supply risk assessment for raw materials.
• Search, evaluation, selection and homologation of suppliers, both for raw materials and auxiliary materials, at domestically and internationally.
• Direct negotiation with suppliers, cooperatives and intermediaries, preparing contracts and proposals.
• Recurring quality evaluation of suppliers.
• Registration and updates of suppliers, offers, purchase orders and invoices.
• Cost update in the ERP system.
• Identify and manage purchases based on business needs.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager in budget preparation.
• Budget follow-up together with the Finance team.
• Periodically monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to secure on time supply.
