Job summary

Glovo is seeking an O2C Process Excellence Senior Analyst to help translate financial policies into a touchless, automated Order-to-Cash journey. You will join the Finance Transformation team to connect technical platforms with local operations, designing end-to-end data lineage into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central.

You will partner with Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs and drive standardization while enabling automation across multiple markets and business lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.
• Understanding of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition.
• Solid ERP knowledge including SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics BC, Oracle; data flows and dependencies.
• Ability to work with SMEs and translate requirements into process blueprints and specs.
• Knowledge of RPA and process automation is a plus.
• Continuous improvement certifications (Six Sigma, Kaizen) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate rules into reality by working with Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs to create process blueprints.
• Support touchless flow by documenting data lineage from Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MSD.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to design automation into new business lines.
• Identify manual workarounds in local markets and support global automated standards adoption.

YOUR MISSION

At Glovo, we don't just move food; we move millions of transactions every hour across 20+ countries. Our Finance teams define the "Rules of the Game" (The What). Your mission is to build the High-Performance Machine that executes those rules (The How).

As our O2C Process Excellence Senior Analyst, you play a key role in the Order-to-Cash journey. You will help translate financial policies into a "Touchless" reality, working closely with our Finance Transformation team to connect our Technical Platforms with the local operational reality.

THE JOURNEY

• Translate Rules into Reality: Work closely with our Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs. Gather their requirements and help translate them into Process Blueprints and technical specifications.
• Support the "Touchless" Flow: Help design and document the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central (MSD).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to help ensure new business lines are designed with automation in mind from the start.
• Standardization Support: Help identify manual "workarounds" in local markets and support the adoption of global automated standards.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• You have 3-5 years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence, ideally within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.
• You have a good understanding of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition, enough to help build processes that satisfy our SMEs.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, Oracle, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
• You enjoy working closely with others and contributing your perspective to "The Big Picture" of process architecture.
• Knowledge of e-money licenses, escrow accounts, or regulated payment flows is a plus.
• RPA, Process Automation knowledge is a plus.
• Constant improvement certifications/domain knowledge is plus: Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc
