Amazon Logistics Central Operations is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to lead data-driven process and technology improvements across planning, transportation, and last-mile teams in Europe. The role emphasizes reducing ambiguity, partnering with analytics and engineering teams, and driving scalable solutions for the expanding EU network.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis with strong SQL and BI skills, plus experience shaping roadmaps and metrics for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or other business/analytical disciplines.
• Experience in a business analyst, data analyst or equivalent role.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis tools.
