Budenheim is seeking a Process Analyst to shape digital solutions by analysing and optimising business processes and prioritising requirements. You will work with Solution Engineers and international teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities include workshops, requirements management, and creating user stories to support development and configuration. Fluency in English and good German are expected, with a university degree in a related field.

Formación

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, International Management, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Management, or similar digital environment.
• Strong expertise in analysing and optimising business processes.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Confidence facilitating workshops and communicating with international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and good working knowledge of German.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of continuous development of IT solutions from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Analyse, structure and prioritise requirements from various business functions.
• Facilitate workshops to define priorities, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Capture and model business processes; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria for development.
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions with Solution Engineers.
• Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle and ensure quality of releases.
• Support implementation of new systems, features, and processes, including change management.
