Coordinate technical and project management activities across the main client, industrial partners, and the different departments involved.
Ensure the proper application of internal development and quality processes (project management methodologies, design, validation, and homologation).
Consolidate and report QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) at each project milestone.
Oversee the technical convergence of mechanical components within your area of responsibility, from early phases through technical maturity (P0–P4).
Participate in defining objectives, risk analysis, and overall project planning.
Prepare the technical documentation required for development (specifications, functional analyses, validation plans, quality dossiers, QCDP reports, among others).
Ensure problem-solving and technical traceability using structured methodologies (LUP, 8D, QC Story, PDCA).
Coordinate the technical transfer to the series production phase.
Participate in training sessions and updates of internal development and quality tools.
