Zurich Insurance Group's Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona is seeking a Senior PMO to coordinate across technology projects, ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines and outcomes.

This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule, a yearly bonus and opportunities for training. It is based in Barcelona with potential for international assignments and a supportive, learning-focused environment.

• Experience coordinating activities, documentation and stakeholder follow-up in technology, transformation or corporate environments.
• Strong SharePoint experience, including maintaining sites and content, and supporting user adoption.
• Experience preparing guidance materials or training sessions for teams.
• Ability to create clear reports, dashboards and updates for different audiences.
• Proactive, organized and service-oriented with attention to detail.

As a Senior PMO , you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate planning, governance and execution activities across technology projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines and expected outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and key milestones, helping teams maintain transparency and take timely action.
• Prepare clear status reports, management updates, dashboards and decision-making materials for senior stakeholders.
• Support governance forums, project reviews and planning cycles by ensuring accurate information, clear actions and effective follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO practices, tools and ways of working, promoting consistency and efficiency across the portfolio.

• Experience coordinating activities, documentation and stakeholder follow-up in technology, transformation or corporate environments, even if not under a formal PMO title.

• Strong SharePoint experience, including maintaining sites, managing content, organising libraries, supporting user adoption and ensuring information is easy to find and kept up to date.

• Experience preparing and delivering training, guidance materials or user support sessions, helping teams understand processes, tools and ways of working.

• Ability to create clear reports, presentations, dashboards and communication materials, translating information into practical updates for different audiences.

• Proactive, organised and service-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and the confidence to work independently across multiple teams and priorities.
