Ingram Micro Espana is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Subscriptions, Orders & Exceptions Management to own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution.

You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Operations, Customer Success, and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions across software licenses, warranties, and recurring services. You will define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and drive delivery from concept to production while seeking automation and improved post-sales experiences.

Formación

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, managing Agile backlogs, and translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based products, software licensing, warranties, order management, or post-sales processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with cross-functional influence.
• Customer-first mindset with passion for simplifying complex workflows through automation and intuitive UX.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap and execution for Subscriptions, Orders & Exceptions Management, including software licenses and recurring services.
• Partner with customers, operations, engineering, UX, and regional teams to identify pain points and deliver scalable solutions.
• Define product requirements, write user stories, prioritise the backlog, and drive delivery from concept through production.
• Build platform capabilities to simplify lifecycle management, automate exceptions, and modernize order management.
• Analyse feedback, metrics, and exception trends to improve adoption, automation, and efficiency.
