Lucanet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle for platform domains. You’ll translate strategy into clear roadmaps, define outcomes, and drive success through collaboration with Engineering, Delivery, and commercial teams.

You will work to deliver impactful platform capabilities that support our SaaS transformation, shaping product KPIs, customer discovery, and AI-powered features in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management experience.
• End-to-end product lifecycle expertise.
• Ability to define product strategy and translate it into execution.
• Experience with product KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on customer discovery and competitive analysis.
• Ability to write high-level requirements and product briefs.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and AI-powered tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of agile product development.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap for your domain and align it with company strategy.
• Translate product vision into actionable plans with measurable business outcomes.
• Define, track, and optimize product KPIs and success metrics.
• Conduct customer discovery to uncover real user needs and pain points.

• Build prototypes and validate solutions before development commitment.
• Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks and business impact.
• Continuously refine the roadmap based on value and market changes.
• Enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams with clear product positioning.
• Design telemetry and track feature performance post-launch.
• Run early access programs and validate ideas with real users.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Delivery, and Sales.
• Contribute to AI-driven product capabilities and manage associated risks.
