ALLOX is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to drive technology innovation in its platform, expanding cellular and biophysical assays and automating platform activities to increase throughput. The role combines wet lab leadership with computational data analysis to accelerate hit discovery and validation in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

You will collaborate with wet lab staff, computational teams, and leadership to set goals, timelines, and metrics while mentoring team members

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and validation of new selection assays for the ALLOX Platform.
• Design strategies for high-throughput screening and sequencing.
• Improve throughput and cost-effectiveness through innovative experimental design and data analysis.
• Guide target selection and prioritisation within the hotspot mapping platform.
• Develop computational tools for library design and screening result analysis.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies for hit discovery and validation.
