Responsibilities

Define scientific strategy and deliverables for assigned project(s); maintain clear objectives and go/no-go criteria.
Design and oversee experimental plans; interpret results and steer decision making.
Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., biology, chemistry, DMPK, tox, CMC) and manage external collaborations.
Present findings to governance; maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity.
Contribute to publications, patents, and scientific engagement with KOLs and partners.
Manage budgets/timelines; identify risks and implement mitigations.
