Codurance is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and help clients on cloud migrations, scale client projects, and set up CI/CD pipelines. The role requires strong ownership and collaboration across engineering teams, with a focus on DevOps practices and quality software craftsmanship.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a consultancy environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Experience building scalable and automated cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC, networking, Route53, ALB/NLB, RDS, S3)
• Experience with provisioning and supporting cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code and building CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
• Experience with containerisation technologies and orchestration platforms, ideally Kubernetes
• Experience collaborating with external partners on scalable, timely designs
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring
• Experience in service design and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic) to troubleshoot and optimise software systems
• Strong commitment to sustainable and secure practices
• Proven ability to take technical ownership and drive platform initiatives during complex modernisation or cloud migration programs
