Alan is hiring senior backend/platform engineers to own and operate the data platform powering a privacy‑aware ecosystem. You’ll work on the Data Foundations crew within Tech Foundations, shaping the GDPR‑compliant data lifecycle and building safe‑by‑design abstractions at scale.

You’ll write Python/TypeScript, deploy in a modern stack (Flask, React, PostgreSQL) and own production systems, safety, and observability. A remote‑friendly, hybrid setup across Europe is offered.

Formación

• Senior/staff-level backend or platform engineering experience.
• Proven track record building and operating reusable platform components.
• Ability to ship code and operate deployments end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (legal, security, data, product).
• Experience with privacy, GDPR, or data-governance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and run the platform, including core engine, safety mechanisms, and observability.
• Build a self-serve road for data rules and governance across areas.
• Bridge legal, security, data and product requirements; align on a plan and execute it.
• Grow the surface by expanding data stores and third‑party integrations as the company expands.
