Zurich Insurance Group in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build, operate and improve internal platform services. You will design backend automation, enhance deployment and configuration, and drive reliability and cost improvements.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand needs and translate them into platform capabilities, while documenting your work for broad reuse. A flexible, hybrid work model is available.

Formación

• Solid engineering fundamentals with systems thinking.
• Experience automating backend processes end to end.
• Comfort with cloud environments and infrastructure as code.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain platform services and automation.
• Develop backend automations to replace manual tasks.
• Improve deployment, provisioning, and configuration processes for self-service.
• Monitor platform health and drive reliability and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate needs into platform capabilities.
• Document what you build for reuse by others.
• Work alongside experts across domains and grow your skills.
