IDOM is seeking a Senior Planner Engineer for its Madrid office to lead and coordinate complex construction schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will collaborate with construction teams, contractors and clients to ensure projects meet deadlines and performance goals.

The role requires 8+ years of planning experience, strong English skills, and a proactive, innovative mindset within a multinational setting. Flexible hours with remote work options are offered.

Formación

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction planning and control with direct exposure to construction teams, contractors and clients.
• Experience managing complex schedules, tracking deadlines, identifying deviations and risks, supporting decision making with robust planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Team player with technical excellence and ability to work independently with innovation.
• Advanced level of English.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

• You hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or a related discipline.


• You have more than eight years of experience in construction planning and control, with proven experience working directly with construction teams, contractors and clients during project delivery.


• You have experience managing complex schedules, monitoring deadlines, identifying deviations and risks, and supporting decision-making through robust, results-oriented planning.


• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel.


• Are a team player with technical excellence.


• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.


• Do have an advanced level of English.
