Present Connection is an international technology partner with offices in Lithuania, the Netherlands, and Spain. We are hiring a proactive Mid/Senior PHP Developer to join a cross-location team based in Kaunas and Spain, collaborating with our client team in the Netherlands to build market-leading trading software.

You will work with Laravel 10/11 and PHP 8.3+, leveraging MySQL and PostgreSQL, Git workflows, Kafka and Avro schemas, and Docker in a hybrid setup spanning Kaunas and Spain.

Formación

• Strong experience with Laravel 10/11 and older Laravel 8/9 codebases.
• Deep knowledge of PHP 8.3+.
• Excellent SQL skills across MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Fluency with Git and GitHub PR workflow.
• Experience with Kafka and Avro schemas—Schema Registry included.
• Familiarity with Jira and CI/CD tooling (PHPStan, PHPCS, PHPUnit, ESLint).
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Solid understanding of migrations, deploys and rollbacks.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, including TDD.
• Experience writing apps compatible with logging interfaces; comfortable with AI coding assistants.
