PayXpert is a pioneer in omnichannel payments serving a diverse portfolio of clients including local and global brands. To drive this evolution, we have developed a wide range of payment processing services focusing on revenue optimisation, BI, anti‑fraud, and alternative payments such as Alipay+ and WeChat Pay, alongside accessibility solutions for the visually impaired.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in the backend core services layer to achieve desired functionality
• Design and perform unit and integration testing
• Co‑ordinate with peer developers and release team for code reviews to ensure code standards are followed and set quality is achieved
• Provide engineering support for customer issues and general problem solving
• Maintain and improve the quality and the test suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar
• Bootcamp and / or Computer Science related study
• Master’s degree is a plus
• 5 years of experience as a PHP backend developer
• Strong knowledge of REST based backend technologies
• In depth knowledge of development tools: git, Gitlab, Redmine, Docker, CI / CD
• Knowledge in tech stack Java / Spring Boot is a huge plus
• Language Skills (English) so please send your CV in English
• English is mandatory (good technical level)
