ERNI – Swiss Software Engineering is seeking a senior performance testing engineer to design and implement realistic load and performance tests across large-scale platforms. You will build reusable tooling and containerized testing environments, and automate execution through CI/CD pipelines.

You will analyze metrics with observability platforms and contribute to testing strategy while mentoring other engineers.
