AgileEngine busca un Senior Performance Marketing Specialist para liderar el marketing de rendimiento del mercado US B2B, con foco en generación de leads de alta calidad y contribución al pipeline de ventas.

Trabajarás con GA4, CRM y dashboards, optimizando campañas y explorando canales emergentes de IA, con posibilidad de mentoría y crecimiento hacia un rol de Líder de Performance Marketing.

Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en PPC / Marketing de rendimiento.
• Experiencia práctica en Google Ads.
• Experiencia en el mercado US B2B.
• Experiencia gestionando campañas con presupuestos significativos.
• Conocimiento de medición de rendimiento y embudo.
• Experiencia con GA4 y datos de CRM.
• Habilidades analíticas para traducir datos en acciones.
• Capacidad para explicar resultados y siguientes pasos.
• Experiencia en mentoría o interés en gestión de personas.
• Inglés a nivel Intermedio alto.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y optimizar el marketing de rendimiento para el mercado US B2B.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Inbound Marketing team and take ownership of performance marketing for our US Client Market. Google Ads will be your core expertise, but the role goes beyond PPC execution. You’ll work across paid acquisition, the full B2B funnel, analytics, experimentation, and emerging AI-powered channels. You’ll also mentor a PPC specialist and have an opportunity to grow into a broader Performance Marketing Lead role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own performance marketing for our US B2B market, focusing on generating high-quality leads and contributing to the sales pipeline.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Manage and develop acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic and leads to qualified opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works.
• Work closely with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Explore new acquisition channels and experiment with AI tools, automation, and AI/LLM-based advertising, including emerging platforms such as ChatGPT.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist, supporting their development and performance.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with the US B2B market is required.
• Experience managing campaigns independently and working with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and ideally CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
• Experience with testing and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring other marketers, or a strong interest in developing as a people manager.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Ukrainian C2 level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Clutch or similar B2B lead-generation platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid channels.
• B2B / IT / SaaS / technology marketing experience.
• Experience with long or complex B2B sales funnels.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, or AI/LLM advertising.
• Previous leading experience.
