Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Create the Live‑ops vision and develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that include campaign design, creative development, and communication across all channels.
  • Execute operational launch of campaigns, perform QA at launch, and monitor and analyze results, reacting accordingly.
  • Analyze current monetization strategy, including pricing segmentation, value propositions, and define the right strategy for the game.
  • Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests, and translate insights into high‑impact product decisions, moving from idea to live experiments.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (average revenue per user, conversion funnel, churn) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live‑ops team.
  • Coordinate with the features team to ensure live‑ops needs are communicated and planned during new feature development.
