A global healthcare platform is seeking a Senior People Partner in Barcelona to partner with Tech and Product leadership. This role focuses on people-related topics including onboarding, engagement, and development while ensuring the company's culture and objectives align with best practices. The ideal candidate has HRBP experience and is data-oriented. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of labor laws in Spain is advantageous. This position offers flexibility and remote opportunities.

As Senior People Partner for the Tech and Product teams at Docplanner, you will partner with our leadership on all people-related topics, being the point of contact for managers and employees, will work on onboarding, engagement, and development, to ensure that our Docplanner culture, values, and objectives reflect our People Experience best practices, all done by a data driven approach to HR.
This is a new opportunity where you will be empowered to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen, and hone your strategic HR skills.
This role can be based in Barcelona, Spain or Warsaw, Poland (preferable) and we are remote friendly.
We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role):
1️⃣Intro Chat– A first call with our Talent Partner Giuliana to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation.
2️⃣Hiring Manager Interview– A deeper dive into your experience and aspirations with your future manager, Bianca, Head of People who you’ll be reporting to in this role. Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too.
3️⃣Interview - With one of your stakeholders.
4️⃣Business Case– Dedicated prep time to showcase your problem-solving and strategic thinking, followed by a collaborative session with the hiring manager and team to walk through your findings together.
