Scopely is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our Sevilla studio hub on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office per week). You will partner with senior leaders to define and deliver People strategy for the MGO team.

The role combines coaching, talent management, org design and change management, working with global PBPs and COEs to drive people initiatives that enable business growth in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Formación

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable People initiatives.
• Fluent English with knowledge of Spanish labor practices is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with MGO leadership to define and deliver People strategy enabling growth and player success.
• Provide coaching to leaders and managers on leadership, development, and performance.
• Drive talent management initiatives: succession, career development and calibration.
• Support change management and org design during transformation and rapid growth.
• Collaborate with global PBPs and COEs to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Manage employee relations with empathy and compliance on cross-border matters.
