Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our team in Bangkok. You will support talent development, performance management, and organizational capability from individual contributors to enterprise level while maintaining accountability with employees and managers.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to analyze talent needs, enable data-driven decisions, and connect priorities with current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic or management consulting or talent management in a multinational.
• Undergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcome.
• Strong project management with ability to plan, track progress and deliver results on time.
• Data-driven analysis to inform business decisions and present actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead critical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand business needs and talent priorities.
• Coordinate key activities to drive ongoing performance management and HR processes.
• Use people data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities and develop insights.
• Prepare analyses on talent priorities, pipelines, succession considerations, and performance trends.
• Design, improve and deliver practical talent practices and tools; translate broad requirements into actionable processes.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions with stakeholders using data and structured guidance.
