EY is seeking a Pega Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art applications for client processes. You will mentor a small team, drive architecture and ensure timely, high-quality outputs across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years of Pega experience, 3-4 end-to-end projects, and strong knowledge of data, UI rules and security models. A hybrid/global delivery environment awaits with collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of Pega Application development on the Pega platform.
• 3-4 end-to-end Pega project implementations completed.
• Experience leading a small team of Pega developers.
• Hands-on with Case Management, Data Pages, UI/UX rules, and integrations.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC security models and performance tuning.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a small Pega development team.
• Design, develop and deploy Pega-based solutions.
• Collaborate on architecture design and unit testing.
• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality deliverables.
