Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior Pega Developer to design, develop and lead Pega projects across client teams in a dynamic, international setting. You will drive end-to-end implementations, ensure on-time delivery, and contribute to architecture and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on Pega experience, proficiency in Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, and security models, with opportunities to mentor a small team and build reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform.
• At least 3-4 end to end Pega project implementations.
• Experience leading a small team of Pega developers.
• Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, QA, deployment and support for Pega projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks and maintain progress updates.
• Collaborate with onsite/client teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Build technical assets and accelerators to improve delivery quality.
• Enforce EY policies and quality protocols across the project.
