Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) seeks a senior Pega Architect/Lead Developer to design and develop applications that optimize business processes on the Pega platform. You will lead a Pega team, collaborate with clients onsite, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects.

You’ll participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive best practices in UI/UX, REST/SOAP integrations, data flows, and security models.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Pega application development with multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Handson experience leading small/medium Pega teams.
• Experience in Case Management, data pages, integrations and security models (RBAC/ABAC).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Pega development team and coordinate task progress with managers.
• Deliver on-time tasks and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain client/onsite relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
• Contribute to design, development, QA, deployment and support.
• Update architecture/design and unit tests; build technical assets and accelerators.
