The Whiteam Consulting is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our team and drive end‑to‑end Pega solutions for enterprise projects. You will design, implement, and lead small teams in a remote Spain environment, collaborating with LSAs, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of Pega experience, CSA/CSSA certification, and deep knowledge of Pega platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• 4–6 years of Pega experience.
• CSA or CSSA certification.
• Experience with Pega 8.x or newer.
• Knowledge of Pega Blueprint for modeling.
• Experience with Case Management and workflows.
• Strong OO programming knowledge.
• Agile experience; JIRA familiarity.
• Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Advanced English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop complex Pega applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with LSAs and BAs to align blueprint models.
• Define architectures and design patterns for Pega solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate 2-3 developers.
• Ensure Pega development best practices and standards.
• Participate in SDLC phases: design, dev, test, deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Analyze and resolve issues and performance problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for evolution of solutions.
• Participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes.
