Job summary

Cognizant Spain is seeking a Pega Developer to join our remote team operating from Spain. You will work on demanding projects using the Pega Infinity 8.7.x platform, collaborating with international colleagues and learning opportunities.

English and Spanish are required, with permanent contract and ongoing training opportunities. You will design, develop, and document software deliverables, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the team’s knowledge base through demonstrations and demos

Qualifications

• Certified Pega System Architect with 1–3 years of Pega experience.
• Experience with Pega Infinity 8.7.x platform version.
• Experience designing, coding, unit testing and documenting software deliverables.
• Developing given User Stories (US) in Pega.
• Experience working with App Studio.
• Ability to follow coding best practices and document development scripts.
• Desirable: experience with REST APIs.
• Banking experience in Agile environments.
• Capacity to run demos and walkthroughs of the current implementation.

What will make you successful in this position?

Mandatory:

• Being a Certified Pega System Architect.

• 1-3 years of experience in Pega, specifically working with Pega Infinity 8.7.x platform version.

• Experience designing, coding, unit testing, and documenting software deliverables using agreed-upon standards.

• Responsibility for developing given User Stories (US) in Pega.

• Experience working with App Studio.

• Ability to follow coding best practices and document development scripts.

Desirable:

• Experience working with REST APIs.

• Banking experience in Agile environments.

• Capacity to run demos and walkthroughs of the current implementation.
