Quaker Houghton in Barcelona seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead the local supply chain team and drive an efficient, customer‑driven operations process. You will optimize processes, develop analysis tools, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to meet business needs.

The role requires at least 5 years in a similar position with Lean and 5S expertise, plus fluent Spanish and English. A permanent contract with health insurance and growth opportunities is offered.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with team management, supply chain expertise, Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge.
• Spanish & English proficiency in speaking and writing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize supply chain processes while maintaining high standards.
• Create tools, statistics and reports to control and improve operations.
• Ensure performance of logistics partners (transportation, warehousing, contractors).
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other departments to align with company goals.
• Manage shipping, production planning and warehouse teams, ensuring wellbeing and performance.
• Support Site Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Manager or Central Team on projects, budget creation and KPI reporting.
