IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to support the Clinical Trial Operational team in the execution of trials and to liaise with CROs and vendors to ensure alignment with study timelines.

The role emphasizes managing study timelines, site engagement, IP strategy, and cross-functional communication across internal teams, sites, and vendors. A background in biopharma and Oncology is preferred for multinational trials.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Project Management experience.
• Experience in Oncology and multinational/global trials.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant degree with strong science emphasis.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in review, development and writing of clinical trial documents and manuals.
• Create Master ICF template and review site changes; update for risks and amendments.
• Participate in feasibility and evaluation of investigative sites.
• Assist in development and management of study timelines and recruitment plans.
• Plan and organize team meetings (investigator/coordinator meetings).
• Assist in IP and co-medication strategies development.
• Monitor timelines and vendor deliverables (Monitoring, Sample management, IVRS, Lab).
• Develop relationships with investigational sites to enhance trial conduct.
