Position Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior Partner Program Marketing and Communications Manager to shape and drive the marketing vision for the Bentley Partner Program. In this role, you’ll lead the development of messaging, content, and campaign strategies and execution that support our go‑to‑market efforts across all partner types – sales, services, and product & technology. You’ll collaborate closely with Partner Programs & Operations, Partner Enablement, Partner Success, Partner Business Development, Marketing and Communications teams to elevate the program’s visibility both internally and externally, from web presence to organizational awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategy for the Bentley Partner Program, aligning with business goals and partner ecosystem priorities.
  • Tactical Execution : Create and manage detailed marketing plans that support partner engagement, recruitment, and enablement across all partner types.

Content Development : Craft compelling messaging and content assets, including program guides, e-books, FAQs, videos, and webinars.

Develop and maintain web content, partner journeys, and digital assets to support program visibility and engagement.

Plan and execute email campaigns and social media strategies tailored to partner audiences.

Communication Strategy and Execution : Design and implement internal and external communication plans to support program launches and ongoing awareness.

Coordinate cross-functional input and approvals to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Bentley Ecosystem Catalog Support : Lead marketing and communication activities to support the user launch of the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog.

Develop promotional materials, onboarding content, and awareness campaigns to drive adoption and engagement.

Collaboration & Alignment : Work closely with Partner Programs & Operations, Partner Enablement, Partner Success, Partner Business Development, Marketing and Communications teams.

Ensure alignment across teams for consistent execution and messaging.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in partner marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate program goals into compelling marketing and communication plans.
  • Excellent storytelling and content development skills across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders across marketing, sales, and partner teams.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market planning and execution, including web, campaign, and internal enablement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and different partner types (sales, services, and product & technology).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, marketing automation).
