Técnicas Reunidas is seeking a Senior Package Unit Engineer to join the Power Plant Engineering team in Madrid. The role focuses on leading solids handling and package unit activities across major O&G, petrochemical projects, or CCGTs, with emphasis on technical compliance and team leadership.

Responsibilities include reviewing specs, preparing technical docs for inquiries and purchase, evaluating vendor offers, supporting procurement cost evaluation, and participating in multi-discipline

Formación

• 15+ years of demonstrable experience in solids handling equipment and package units in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical projects or CCGTs.
• Deep understanding of solids handling equipment (belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, etc.) and package units (water treatment, gas purification, desalter packages).
• Experience in autonomous work and service projects (pre-FEEDs, FEEDs) and/or PMC/PMT supervision of contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop activities to specify, select and follow up solids handling and package unit equipment, ensuring compliance with technical, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Review project specifications and technical requirements.
• Prepare solids handling equipment and package units technical documentation for inquiry and purchase.
• Review vendor offers and prepare technical evaluations.
• Support procurement team in defining cost evaluation for equipment.
• Review, mark-up comments and finalize all vendor drawings with other disciplines.
• Attend internal reviews and inter-discipline meetings (HAZOP, P&IDs, 3D Model Review).
• Coordinate with other disciplines to provide engineering information and layouts.
• Provide support for expediting and testing activities.
• Support project engineering for client requirements and meetings.
