Roche is seeking an Expert in Information Security & Privacy Governance to lead risk assessments and advance Security-by-Design across global engineering hubs. You will partner with IT, legal, and business units to translate complex requirements into actionable controls and architectural guidance.

The role emphasizes pragmatic security advice for high-value projects, alignment with ISMS, and ongoing process improvements in governance and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT security, GRC in global environments.
• Experience conducting Information Risk Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and cross-border data transfer reviews.

Responsabilités

• Execute Security Expert Reviews (SER) for high-risk system landscapes.
• Negotiate risk-mitigating controls with stakeholders; ensure accountability.
• Collaborate on Security Design Patterns and Technical Baselines for AI, Cloud-native security.
