Job summary

Luxoft Germany seeks a seasoned Core Banking Architect with PMO consultant skills to lead the Oracle FlexCube implementation for a major financial institution in Spain. The role demands strong governance, vendor and SI oversight, budget and schedule control, and clear executive reporting.

You will collaborate with vendor and SI teams to ensure regulatory alignment, data migration readiness, and a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/programme management within financial services.
• Proven core banking implementation experience, Oracle FlexCube preferred.
• Strong PMO methodology with certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/MSP or equivalent).
• Executive-level communication skills for senior leadership.
• Fluent Spanish (native or C2) and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance, RAID management, milestone tracking, and escalation protocols.
• Oversee budget and schedule, monitor deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendor, SI, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope and contracts.
• Ensure go-live readiness, testing strategies, data migration, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior management.
