Luxoft Germany seeks a seasoned Core Banking Architect with PMO expertise to lead the Oracle FlexCube implementation for a major financial institution in Spain. You will coordinate with the vendor, SI, and internal stakeholders, ensuring governance, risk, and milestones are met on time and within budget.

Fluency in Spanish and strong executive communication are essential, as is the ability to manage complex regulatory and operational requirements across banking domains.

Formación

• 10+ years of project/programme management experience in financial services, with focus on capital markets or banking.
• Proven core banking implementation experience, ideally with Oracle FlexCube.
• Strong vendor and SI management and PMO methodology with certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and govern core banking implementation projects end-to-end including timelines and budgets.
• Serve as client advocate, align design decisions with business needs and contracts.
• Establish PMO governance, RAID, milestone tracking and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with vendor, SI, and internal stakeholders to ensure go-live readiness.
