AS1 Sports is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist for Digital Products & Platforms to shape how our digital platforms operate. This foundational role builds the operating and support model from the ground up, bridging Product, Engineering and business teams across international markets.
You will own the service model, SOPs, and KPIs, oversee L1-L3 support, manage vendors, and drive incident resolution with data-driven decisions.

As we continue to scale our digital platforms, we are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist, Digital Products & Platforms to shape how our digital products and platforms operate. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to build an operating and support model from the ground up.
We are looking for an experienced operations professional with a strong background in IT Service Management, platform operations and technology support.
Do you have 5+ years of experience in IT/IS, with a strong understanding of ITSM?
Do you have experience operating modern digital platforms and managing L1, L2 and L3 support?
Can you demonstrate a solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, data analytics and cloud platforms?
Do you have experience managing external technology partners and vendors?
Can you design and implement SOPs, service models and operational KPIs?
Do you excel at connecting Product, Engineering and business teams?
Are you fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken?
