Omega CRM, una empresa de Merkle, busca un Senior Salesforce Developer para impulsar soluciones en Sales Cloud y/o Service Cloud, colaborar en diseño técnico, estimaciones y entregas de alto impacto. Se valorará experiencia en DevOps/Agile y capacidad de comunicación en inglés.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Salesforce Developer.
• Experiencia en Sales Cloud y/o Service Cloud en Salesforce.
• Inglés hablado y escrito excelente.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar requisitos y colaborar en el diseño técnico de proyectos.
• Realizar estimaciones de esfuerzo para proyectos.
• Trabajar en coordinación con el equipo y/o cliente para lograr objetivos.
• Analizar y mejorar el rendimiento de las aplicaciones Salesforce.
• Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer soluciones alternativas.
• Documentar procesos y monitorizar métricas de rendimiento.
• Formar a usuarios finales sobre la funcionalidad desarrollada.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad de software.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsabilidades

• Requirements analysis.
• Participate in the technical design of projects.
• Perform effort estimations for projects.
• Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
• Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
• Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
• Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management.
• Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
• Actively contribute to the training of other team members.

Requisitos

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
• Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
• Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Permanent contract.
