Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, busca un Desarrollador Senior de Salesforce para unirse a nuestro equipo en Valencia. Trabajará en soluciones en Sales Cloud y Service Cloud, diseñando e implementando componentes con APEX, Visualforce y LWC para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

Se ofrece contrato indefinido, opción de Home Office, formación certificados y un entorno ágil con una marca líder en CX. Se valora dominio del inglés y certificaciones Salesforce.

Formación

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Salesforce Developer.
• Experiencia en Sales Cloud y/o Service Cloud en el ecosistema Salesforce.
• Conocimientos de Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL y servicios web.
• Conocimiento de DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) y SDLC.
• Excelente inglés hablado y escrito.
• Cualquier certificación Salesforce es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar requisitos y participar en el diseño técnico de proyectos.
• Realizar estimaciones de esfuerzo para proyectos.
• Colaborar con el equipo y/o el cliente para lograr objetivos del proyecto.
• Analizar y mejorar el rendimiento de la aplicación.
• Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer soluciones alternativas.
• Documentar procesos y producir documentación técnica para proyectos.
• Formar a otros miembros del equipo.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsabilidades

• Requirements analysis.
• Participate in the technical design of projects.
• Perform effort estimations for projects.
• Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
• Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
• Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
• Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.
• Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
• Actively contribute to the training of other team members.

Requisitos

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
• Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
• Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
