HBX Group is seeking a senior Backend Engineer to develop core functionalities for the CivitFun SaaS platform in the hospitality sector. You will work on integrations with external systems (PMS, payments, locks), architecture design, and cloud deployment from end-to-end.

You will design and implement secure backend services with Node.js, collaborate on React-based admin interfaces, and lead architectural decisions in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

Formación

• Backend development in Node.js is required.
• Strong React.js experience with hooks and modern patterns.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and RBAC.
• Proficiency with databases (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL/NoSQL.
• Cloud experience with AWS is essential.
• Experience with SaaS product development.
• Ability to work independently and own from concept to production.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing and code quality initiatives.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain secure backend services using Node.js.
