MindMatch in Alcobendas, Spain is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own backend architecture (Node.js/AWS) and drive AI-powered workflows across teams. This hands-on role combines product thinking with architecture leadership in a fast-growing Real Estate tech environment.

You will influence technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and contribute to frontend as needed, while delivering scalable, event-driven systems.

Formación

Experienced backend engineer influencing technical roadmaps and mentoring others.
Proven ability to design scalable event-driven architectures on AWS and model databases.
Familiar with frontend work in React/Next.js when needed.
Proficient in applying AI-enabled workflows and internal tooling to accelerate development.

Responsabilidades

Own features end-to-end from design to production, including trade-offs and edge cases.
Design and defend backend architecture that is resilient, cost-aware, and scalable on AWS.
Contribute across the frontend in the React/Next.js ecosystem when required.
Build AI-augmented development practices, including internal agents and tooling.
Raise engineering bar through mentorship, code reviews, and established patterns.
Move quickly with a bias for action: ship, learn, iterate.
