Job summary

Henkel Barcelona is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to develop and review long-range and mid-term plans for master production scheduling and deployment planning. You will analyze supply constraints, optimize inventories, and propose allocation strategies to support regional growth.

The role requires 3-5 years in supply chain or material planning, fluent English, and strong ERP/planning tool skills. Hybrid work in Barcelona with global team collaboration and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in BA, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 3-5 years of experience related with Supply Chain or Material Planning.
• Fluent level of English.
• Digital native with experience using advanced planning tools (APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, …).
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reviews the long-range Supply plan (24 months to 5 years).
• Develops and reviews mid/long-term plans for MPS, RCCP and DRP for 6-24 months for the region.
• Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates findings to SC leadership.
• Supports on inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes.
• Identifies FG requirements in the markets and proposes allocation based on business priority.
• Identifies and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance.
• Provides inputs for regional S&OP meetings.
• Collaborates with Operational Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply.

• Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs,and communicates the findings to the SC leadership
• Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes
• Identifies FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority
• Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance
• Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP)
