Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on network and security experience.
• Solid experience with various firewalls and monitoring tools.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and support network infrastructure locally and globally.
• Troubleshoot complex network and firewall-related issues.
• Provide customer service while managing incident tickets.
• Participate in post-mortems and root cause analysis.
